A great story for the kids, showing the younger generation that indeed Santa didn’t simply sit back on his laurels and let the modern world pass him by.... But, if you still want your kids to believe that Santa is going to slip in on Christmas night and somehow manage to get his fat body down your chimney then this may not be the film you want your kids to see. And they will like the lead in with Justin Bieber singing Santa Clause is Coming to Town. You can watch the preview, simply Click Here. (Sorry about the 30 seconds of commercial leading in)

Just kidding parents, I am sure you can explain how it’s just a movie to a 4 year old and it’s not real. Yah, been there done that and it doesn’t work !!!! My youngest son is 29 and still believes that somehow Santa is going to grace his apartment
with his presence on Christmas Eve even though he doesn’t have a chimney and the cookies he leaves out have only been eaten by his dog, and perhaps the milk has been consumed by Puss In Boots? ok maybe not but it's just as likely as Santa making it there. And trust me, if he had been checking his list twice he would have been left out anyway.

But moving right along, the movie is a fun one to see, It keeps me wondering where animation will find it’s limit. This is not to the level of the “Scrooge” with Jim Carey, but nonetheless it is pretty good.
It’s one that will be put on the back burner in your kids mind and someday you will hear about it again. How does Santa really make it to all the kids in the world in one night daddy?
My Rating: 2 1/2 Mugs of Guinness Stars
